Gauthier Dupertuis is a young composer and conductor from Switzerland.

He studied music conducting at the Fribourg Conservatory with Jean-Claude Kolly and in at the Berne School of Arts with Florian Ziemen. He is now finishing his Masters degree at Fribourg University and is studying for a master degree in Wind Band Conducting at the Lausanne University of Music (HeMU).

He is also active as a composer. In 2021, he won the first prize at the La Bacchetta d’Oro  international composition contest, with his piece Postcards from tomorrow.
